Boardroom Rentals
Do you have an upcoming meeting, training session, or celebration? Consider renting our bright and customizable boardroom.
Our boardroom is modular and customizable – able to fit 14+ people in multiple configurations – with the option for a 6-person breakout room if needed. We are happy to work with you to determine setup and needs for your meeting, and offer access to full kitchen and coffee services while you’re here in our space.

- Five (5) Large tables, able to be configured into multiple styles, with seating for 14 people in standard setups
- Large, welcoming lobby with space for serving and/or registration tables
- Audio visual system
- Guest user login to AV system
- Guest WiFi
- On-site administrative staff
- Six (6) person breakout room can be added for additional cost
The boardroom is available during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm) at the following rates:

Please note: You can bring your own refreshments or arrange for delivery while on-site. You can also opt to add $50 to any price for access to coffee, tea, and water service in our office kitchen. We can also work with you to arrange for a whiteboard or other materials, as required.
